Industrial Process
It is obtained from the concentration of stick water in evaporators, whose principle is to reduce humidity, leaving only the solids.
Uses
It is reincorporated into the fish meal manufacturing process to enrich its protein quality; it is also used as an ingredient in the formulation of balanced foods. Recently, fish soluble has been implemented in the fertilization of fields, due to its high content of organic nutrients.
